i have been requesting for payment mode change to credit authorization within the periods of Jan 31-February 1 but i'm not getting any response from you guys. also, i heard that you have been having problems with Paypal, that is why i'm hesitating right now to pay one outstanding invoice. I also could not do another order because of this outstanding invoice and the limit in my account and because of the fact that you are not replying. awaiting for your immediate response. username is mikagami. title of email is (request for credit authorization; change authorization) |

The problems with paypal are long gone for nearly a 1/2 year so far, so its perfectly fine to use it.
We don't have any problems recieving emails, its getting our replies. Some freebie services or anti-virus / anti-spam programs will block our emails by default. So you want to make sure we're on your allowed list if you're using such services/programs. If all else fails, you can try emailing us from a different address. Also if it was a simple request to raise your bidding limit via authorization and you didn't get our reply. Check your limits in the "your items" page to see if it was updated.
